Hints:
Learn what is enzyme and what is it used for.
Learn the functions of water and its effect on enzyme activity.

Cars? Water is sometimes used in those windshield-washers, but washer fluid works better. Are you sure you didn't mean carbs?

I think he/she meant carbs. Nothing to do with cars here. ;)

enzymes are catalysts that speed up a reaction process, best to look in some text books though as they got some cool diagrams that make it easier to understand than me woffalin on, the Tutora is a very good book to look at if you hve it ;)
