Anyone know how the purification procedure works in this? I haven't got a clue. Something to do with solubility? :(

There are as many purification procedure as proteins. We cannot answer without more details.

Ok, but as a matter of fact I don't know all the purif procedure, could you please post yout protocol (or a link to it). Maybe not all detail, but something like a quick outline of the steps (solution and what you make with each of them)
