For the most part that is true. Yeast is used in alcohol fermentation and lactate is used in lactic acid fermentation. Lactic acid fermentation is what occurs when we exercise and our muscles are lacking oxygen.

want an encounter from other persons?

yes,
fermentation always not use oxygen.. oxygen is rejected to occurs in the location. you can not said lack... you may says absolutely no oxygen... if oxygen occurs.. the product of the reaction will not occurs as the optimum condition.., even it is occurs...the concentration of the oxygen should not increases... decreases is better.
