Is it produced by all cells, or only particular cells? Particular cells, particular part

Is it a Combination of Proteins & Lipids? No. Protein-only or lipid-only.

Antibiotics? Nope :P But it is also started with "A" and ended by "s"

I think you are correct because plants have too.
Plant cells produce alkaloids too???

Yes, but our body generates tolerance for them.

They are called as "secondary metabolites"

Normal. It is naturally and normally produced by plants or animals.

Plant cells produce alkaloids too?
Alkaloids is ONE of this substance ;)
