Size and Range in microns of particles

Post by adifrank » Mon Feb 06, 2006 7:50 pm

I hope I'm asking this question in the right forum. If not, please redirect me.

Anyway, my question is: when we smell aromatic cedar, what is the size range, in microns, of the particle(s) that are actually physiologically interacting with our systems?

.... Don't ask why I need to know.

Thanks for your help!!

Q: Why are chemists great for solving problems?
A: They have all the solutions.
