Hey boss, me and my friend have a plan about bio article...we think that we'll be a biology article editor for biology faculty which the articles are taken from biologynews.net. I think some of our classmates can begin a discussion with those articles..
what do you think?? and where should I stick them???

What's the output of your project actually? :?

If it would be a forum where performs oral discussion, I think it is too early and not easy to gain your audience, unless it is only a restricted forum e.g. for your classmates only. However, if it is so, it is a bit waste because you cannot gain a lot of audience that you will get a little knowledge.

If it would be an internet-based media, it would result the same. It is because only a little portion of our students like to use internet and discuss biology article in such a forum. Yet again, your project will not get its target as you want it to be.

Thus, I suggest you to build a written media for public. Write your article and the discussion on a certain place where everybody can see it easily. Please see our Vice Dean (Mr.Trijoko) to discuss about this.

Or, another suggestion, start to build a new study club (KS) for this project. About how to build a new study club, please see him to discuss. I myself support this project. You really are biology nerds :)

Actually I also want to establish a microbiology study club (KSM)..I think I'll see and have a talk with the vice dean....
I've surveyed about interests in joining KSM if it's established and I find that, my class (even numbered class) have a very very very little interest on this kind of study club..

For articles, I'll print out some articles for each day, copy them and share them with friends to see how's their reaction with this bio-news..I'll begin it on next Monday (20th Jan 2006)..just wait for the result..

Hey don't get pessimistic like that, my dear! Ask him first how to create a new study club. After you got the info, start to put announcement here and there to get participants to support your club. Then you know the next steps ;)

Please print one for me ok? I'll put it in my lab's board. I'll help you to advertise your club. Thanks :)
