Has this kind of technology?

Has this kind of technology:
The technology can make any gene in chromosomes don't transcribing at the DNA level.
Because RNAi usually makes gene express down, and sometimes interferes homologous genes expressing.
But this technology didn't have this problem.

I don't understand a thing from your post. Sorry...

It is possible. We can achieve it by targeting some particular promoter sequence using dsRNA.

But sometimes dsRNA usually make transcriptional level down,not complete silencing.
so ,Has this kind of technology? It can make any genetic code in targeting gene mutate whatever you want.
For example:TAC->TAA
This mutationg can complete silence the gene at transcriptional level.

As the previous guy said I also don't really understand what your question is. Also have you just answered it yourself. Very confusing.

Are you in the search of a technology that will completely make a gene silent by causing desired mutation in the promoter or AUG-corresponding part of DNA?
