Why does the florist sprinkle water on the walls and walks in his greenhouse as well as on the soil and growing plants?

I know the answer but How much are you paying me for doing your Homework.

A few clue:
Why do you use a greenhouse rather than planting outside?
What could be the consequences of the green house effect on the plant?
What happens to the water on the walls and the walkway? and on the plant? Waht are the consequence on the atmospheric content of the greenhouse?
