It matters not how strait the gate
How charged with punishment the scroll
I am the Master of my fate
I am the Captain of my soul.

We can integrate a DNA fragment into an autoreplicant genic element (plasmids, virus,...) which 'inhabits' in a bacterium, in such a way that a DNA molecule is able to duplicate itself thanks to the replicative mechanisms of the bacterium and, as consequence, the production of many copies of that fragment.

There are more types for cloning DNA, not only using bacteria replicative mechanisms. Also it is possible to do with other cells. If you want to know the processes, enzymes used,... I'll write them here.
