Alginate Bead sizes

Post by Micky T » Thu Jan 19, 2006 12:59 pm

For my AS course, I was planning on doing an experiment to investigate the effect of alginate bead size on the rate of reaction of amylase, but I cannot think of a way of creating alginate beads of accurate sizes and how to vary the size accuratly. anyone have any idea?
