plant systematics

Post by aileen » Mon Jan 16, 2006 2:15 am

some of the chloroplast sequences use for molecular systematics are rbcl, matk, atpB, ITS and the trn spacers (trnT, trnF and trnL). these trn spacers are noncoding genes, aside from this description what else are the characteristics of these genes (trn spacers?)
