Cy5 oligonucleotide as antigen

Post by Steven2015 » Wed May 13, 2015 2:26 am

Hi. Is it possible to use small oligonucleotide (18nt, labled with Cy5, cannot modified it more) as antigen and attach it onto microplate for ELISA analysis. If not, where could i get the right antigen for my ELISA experiment?I know a company which provides antigen (http://www.creative-diagnostics.com/Antigens.htm) for ELISA, but i not sure about its quality. Any advice?
