Hi all,

i have planned to perform IMAC to study intracellular phosphoproteins in bacterial lysate. and have decided to purchase the column. could i get any advice on the purchase of IMAC column from this forum ???. i expect that there are some specific criteria of the column for bacterial lysate. your kind help is highly appreciated. thank you
