Second dose....

Post by hoiki426 » Thu Jan 12, 2006 8:10 am

Actually ...
1.)Why do we need second dose?
After the first one, we already have the memory cells of that antigen.
We are immune to that pathogen already
So why do we need second dose?

2a.) In the immune response, besides antibody, will we produce lympocyte
and phagocyte as well?
2b.) So , if we really produce lympocyte in the immune response. Can we say
"In the second response, lympoctye is produced in a faster way when
compared to the first response."

3.) In the first response, is the lympocte that suit the pathogen entered our
body present in our body originally or we will produce a new kind of
lympoctye when our body detect the entrance of pathogen?
