Observe the position of the right and left lungs in relation to the heart in the thoracic cavity.

· Does the position of the heart influence the number of lobes?
-

· Are the lungs filled with air? Why?
Thanks in Advance!

Have you tried to find them yourself?
What do you think?
It matters not how strait the gate
How charged with punishment the scroll
I am the Master of my fate
I am the Captain of my soul.

the right lung has 3 lobes and the left llung only 2 ;)

--> lungs are filled with air, of course after inhalation, but also after exhalation, due to anatomical dead space.
