I have lived in Michigan and California so far. Lived in California during the late 80's to mid 90's. Grew up in Michigan, and am currently in Michigan.

JB: that is a nice structure. homotrimeric. kewl. still kind of symmetrically boring though: thus a nice structure. though I gave it kewlness 8) based on it being a trimer.

Bright sun today. Canada is keeping us sunny and dry with the jet stream overhead. No hurrican depression Ida dumping rain on us . . at least not for today. The East Coast is getting the brunt of it. Hopefully it won't turn into snow by the time it gets to New York state! Though blizzards have been known to catch us (the eastern Midwest) by surprise in November.

Only after the last tree has been cut down.
Only after the last river has been poisoned.
Only after the last fish has been caught.
Only then will you find that money cannot be eaten.

kewlness is improper spelling of coolness.
Where is Yokohama? My daughter went to Shiga this summer for her overseas studying of Japanese 301. She had a great time (though she says that you do not have the four food groups like the States has. LOL. Poor college student lived on rice and melon bread). She also saw Kyoto, but did not have the money to go to Tokyo for the weekend. Next time she said.

kolean: Yokohama is very close to Tokyo. It's one of suburbs, althrough some say, that it's nowadays maybe more important than Tokyo
What you mean by four food groups? She could try the nudles, they are great ;) I will have to try the melon bread
