Belleau Wood is an example of fortune favoring the bold.

It's not a person; it's an event. The Battle of Belleau Wood is one of the most celebrated battles in the history of the US Marine Corps. Just a few hundred Marines stopped thousands of German soldiers from taking Paris in 1918. The Germans were so impressed by the Marines' fighting ability they started calling us "teufelhunden," which means devil dogs. That's why Marines are known as devil dogs to this day.

Exactly. And I'm an ex-Marine, so I'll brag all I want.

So what. I don't care if you were the Duke of France! You won't win just because you are an ex-marine!

I don't need credentials to win, but I do have bragging rights.

Oh well. You get BIGGER bragging rights for winning this because as you said, it's been here for over two years.
