2. _________ is an enzyme that joins okazaki fragments.
3. The original RNA transcript is called __________ (before RNA processing).
4. The original RNA transcript is modified (edited) to form a (n) _______.
5. ________ is an enzyme responsible or attaching free floating DNA nucleotides to the DNA templates during replicaion.
6. A functional ribosome has two binding sites called the ________ and _____ for amino acid attachment and polypeptide formation respectively, on the large subunit.
7. A 3 base sequence on mRNA is called a(n)________.
8. A 3 base sequence on tRNA is called a(n)_________.
9. A promoter region and a terminator site is found on a(n)______ molecule.
10. __________ is the enzyme that catalyzes the productionof RNA primers.
12. _________ is the enzyme that breaks the DNA strands apart prior to transcription.
13. During translation the initiator tRNA recognizes a(n) on mRNA.

I have all but 3 done I just wanted to check my answers. The 1st 4th and 5th are all I have left. I think the 5th one is RNA Polmerase, but I'm not sure.

i don't think 5 is RNA-polymerase, since the question say DNA nucleotides and these are A,T,G and C --> it must be DNA-polymerase (which also has different kind of proteins)

but i must admit that the questions is vague. But RNA polymerase would use U instead of T ;)

1 is a enhancersequence, 4 can be different kind of answers, but i think they want to hear mRNA since mRNA is modified (also tRNA by the way)
