How's the jobmarkt for this kind of education in your country?

I need more details about the course before I can comment. Although I will say that there a good number of jobs in the molecular and chemistry side of biology.

of the MS degree. You will find that the master degree will "over qualify" you for entry level technician jobs; whereas the phd will help you earn more money. But be ye prepared to do a 3 year post doc.
