Is this worth aiming for?
How's the jobmarkt for this kind of education in your country?

I need more details about the course before I can comment. Although I will say that there a good number of jobs in the molecular and chemistry side of biology. :)

go for the phd instead

of the MS degree. You will find that the master degree will "over qualify" you for entry level technician jobs; whereas the phd will help you earn more money. But be ye prepared to do a 3 year post doc.
