Some sexual hormones(like FSH) influence the production of gamets. I'm guessing that with them infertility can be treated

Thanks for replying. But the hormones can only increase sperm and egg production? Is there any other ways the hormones are used?

It can stimulate, let's say, egg production. No egg means, no fertilization.

Thanks for replying. What i meant was implantation of the egg into the lining of the uterus.

Well you first need to have a look at how the process occurs. First fertilisation takes place. Then the zygote rezults. then the morule. Then the primary blastocist. Then the secondary blastocist. Only this secundary blastocyst is implanted.
