i need help

Section rehydration
Wax must be removed and the section rehydrated before staining
Wax usually removed by soaking in xylene.
Rehydration is in series of alcohol baths from 100%, 95%, 70% etc to distilled water.
‘Taking back to water’
i did understand waht is rehydration is but not

what is 'taking back to water' when used in tissue processing?

please help

put it back to the water, maybe. if we want to stain cell(s) for experiment, we should do the prosedur correctly. after wased by alcohol, based on that we should wash it again with water (aquades).
