Post by maraldy » Mon Nov 14, 2005 11:52 pm

What happens in the Calvin cycle? Why are these reactions neither dark reactions nor light-independent reactions?

Help me :(

calvin cycle reduces CO2 to sugars, using energy aquired in the light phase.
Rubisco enzyme is only active in sunlight so it is not independent of light.
