Scientific Method

Post by LaNcE222 » Mon Nov 14, 2005 4:05 pm

We did a experiment that had 2 pots. We put acid of the pH of 3 on one and 7 on the other. Why do you have to do those kinds of experiments? I put the scientific method on one but it was wrong. im totaly confused. can someone please help me?

hey!
pH 3 is acidic and pH 7 is neutral.maybe u were made to do it to show the affect of acidic and neutral medium.i mean buffer solution is very essential in some reactions.im just giving an idea.

well one is the variable and one is the control, im guessing you'll observe the growth of the plants in the pots.

The acidity will determine how soluble some metals(minerals) are

Hm!!
that right at statistic, we must have more than one subject. u know there are many factor u should compute on each experiment..

more variable, more subjects, more accurate, more great intruments should make ur experiment(s) perfect.
mm.. u should thinking about the right way to purcase/ solve the problem. hei.. experiments are used to solve problem.(sorry, i just wanna to remember)
