How does the Calvin cycle depends on the light reactions?

Plz help me :?

ATP and NADPH which are produced by the light dependant cycle drive the Calvin cycle.

Calvin cycle, which was innitially thought to be totally independent of light actually does depend on light. Do you know what the Rubisco enzyme is? It is the main enzyme in the Calvin cycle and the most abundent plant protein on earth. This vital enzyme is only active under the effect of light(blue light, i believe, but not sure). This is a relatively new discovery
