Biological inclination to learn

Does the human being have the biological inclination to learn...ie...fish have to swim....birds have to fly....

I'd say yes. We, and all mammals have curiosity and it's basically an inclination to learn new things.

According to the behaviorists(field of psychology) yes. It's one of the fundamental assumptions.
