I am having problems with that. I am using Nitrocellulose membrane, at the beginning I was getting bleeding and leakage between the wells, next I saw shadow around the dots and now I am getting no signal.
any similar experience?

I had problems with bubbles, so I didn't use it much, but I think someone else made it running...
