antibiotics for 3 vectors and sequencing

Post by zky » Fri Oct 28, 2005 9:29 pm

Does anyone know which antibiotics should be used to select the bacterial containing pCL-10A1, or pHit60, or pCG-VSVG? And what are the sequencing primers for pBabe vectors?

Thank you very much.

For pBabe sequence here
For pCL-10A1 it's Ampicillin, I do not know for the others. But you could probably find it if you contact the source of your plasmids...
