Skin exfoliation

Post by chicoguardian » Thu Oct 20, 2005 8:19 pm

 I hate my face when it gets "THE RED DOTS". I use a face cloth and soap and once in a while cream. Whats the best way for skin exfoliation when using a face cloth. If you dont think a face cloth is good to use in the first place, what should I use :?: :?

steam bath, wash face, apply cold water? Wouldn't that open the pores, clean the pores, then close the pores?

Just an idea :P

I wash my face twice a day. One when I wake up, one when I am about to go to sleep. And it works. Seems enough to me.

It depends on where you live. generally the number of times you was your face should be directly proportional to the level of pollution in the atmosphere.. For example, i like in a place where acidic oxide levels are exceded over 100 times. When i lived in the city i used to wash my face 5 times a day. Now, since i moved to the country, it's down to twice a day
