We know that the stomach produces gastric juice, if we eat a lot of alkaline food, won''t the acidic juice be neutralized eventually?

Ever hear of antacids or tums(brand name)?

not really. Gastric juice is acidic because it contains hydrochloric acid, which has the pH of 2, very acidic. It will be neutralized unless something which is very alkaline is introduced. Normal food which can be consumed will be slightly alkaline but impossible to be too alkaline. Unless you dont mind to drink calcium hydroxide

Well, this is one of the way acidity is treated. However, the normal food that we eat, as biocraz mentioned, is hardly alkaline enough to cause any change in the gastric pH.
Besides, the food gets moving pretty quickly to the intestinal tract.

And remember the intestinat tract is an alkaline environment, so it wouldn't be much of a difference
