Down here in south Louisiana (US), we get one day of snow about every ten years. Back in 2004, we actually had a white Christmas for the first time ever!!!!! :D But we had actually gone fifteen years since the last snow day, back in 1989, so I guess we deserved it. 8)

Avoid southwestern Ontario (the southernmost bit of Canada between the lake, south east from Toronto), barely freezing and almost no snow yet.

Rhode Island is crazy, it snows here one day, has sun on another, then it will rain, and thats just winter

Sounds like Louisiana. We have a saying down here that, if you don't like the weather, just wait five minutes and it'll change.

I bet the weather in Louisiana is no different from here in Georgia. Right now the highs are about 60, IT'S JANUARY! Oh well I love warm weather.
