Advertisement.

Purple for nuclues, red for actin (maybe) and green for microtublues or mito or lyso or ER (golgi?)

Usually not quite sure already.

Advertising is banned on this forum.
Nucleus usually stained with DAPI. Microtubules are virtually always stained green. Probably with GFP tag. Antibodies etc.
It's always funny until someone gets hurt. Then it's just hilarious.
