Beet Root Pigment

Normally pigments are used to better absorb the solar energy. So that begs to ask the question what is the function of root pigment.

As a precursor to HCL in the stomach (Betaine).

Betaine improved adipokine production.

Betaine supplementation improved insulin sensitivity in adipose tissue.

Betaine supplementation attenuated endoplasmic reticulum stress in adipose tissue.

One would expect to get some result if provided with step-by-step instructions. But it was obviously too hard :-/
