Can you use both red yeast rice and cholesof together?
Hello friends,
I am using red yeast rice for cholesterol and I don't know if cholestoff will also work. Can I use them both?
What is the advantage of red yeast rice over a prescription statin?
Best regards
Cindy Hang

Nicotinic acid (but not nicotinamide) when administered in pharmacological doses of 2–4 g/day lowers plasma cholesterol levels and has been shown to be a useful therapeutic for hypercholesterolemia.
