head ache

hey all
i have, and i no many out there are having, a headache :x
actually y do v have headaches :?: :?:
i no some general reasons like hunger, strain, stress, etc
but how do these affect the brain & y does our head ache :?: :?: 8)
i mean knowing y v have head aches wiould make them more bearable :lol: :lol: :lol: :wink: :wink: :P

hunger, strain, stress...high or low blood pressure :)

lact of oxygen, may be
headeche may caused by the blood arteri or vena which become harder. the medicences (recipe) is used to make it on right condition so that the sirculation of blood become normal, at least better than before.

maybe caused by disease, or toothache.. he.. he..

dehydration

I get headaches a lot as well, and dehydration seems to be the culprit 80% of the time, so maybe drinking more water? A lot of people overlook that...
