Spec reading

Hi,

I have amplified a fragment from plasmid DNA and then purified it.
Now i was to check its quantity- so should i spec it as dsDNA or ssDNA?

Check the way the PCR works... Why for example do you have a 94ºC step?

So you obtain dsDNA, and measure it this way
