hey guys
tell me how u can get the gene sequence from pcr.....it amounts only to gene amplification rite??

and is the protein structure conserved?????????

depends on what u mean by conservation of proteins.is it the aminoacid sequence that u hav in mind?

when u have a DNA sample u can sequence it. The PCR only increase the amount of DNA.
