DNA extraction from Human blood
i extracted DNA from human blood by phenol. i think this result is not good, but i don't known clearly, i tried many time but still the same, can you give some opinion. please, see the image I show in here. thank you very much.
First you need an orange filter between your camera and your gel. It will tremendously improve your image.
Second, in absence of any reference (Molecular weight marker or anything else, or even explanation of how the gel was run it is hard to say how bad (or not) your result is.
