SURFACE AND NUCLEAR MEMBRANES

What general differences in structure and function are there between cell surface membranes and nuclear membranes.

In the proteins in the cell membrane, that will assure the selective permeability. Also the nuclear membrane has ribosoms attached. Actually the nuclear membrane is more a part of the RER than the nucleus..
