Will the Okazaki fragment in Topoisomerase DNA replication always be between the primase and the ligase protein complexes on the lagging strand? Are there any exceptions to this??
Thanks very much,

What is "Topoisomerase DNA replication"?
Where else should the Okazaki fragment be than just after the primer?
Cis or trans? That's what matters.

the okizaki fragment follows the Helicase protein on the lagging strand, and is defined as the fragment between the ligase and helicase proteins
