Sheep in Australia will kill marsupials

Their insects are harmful to embryos of marsupials.

By this logic Dingo dog has caused the disappearance of Australian marsupial predators.

I doubt this is enough information to support the hypothesis all marsupials will be driven to extinction by sheep...

I think it is a distinct possibility. Remember how in the early European exploration, many primitive societies were decimated by the common cold. In many countries in the world different wild canines coexist. So a disease brought by the dingo is actually a more likely cause of the death of the thylacine than competition.
