Post by jebus197 » Fri Jan 20, 2012 6:00 pm

Hi can anyone recommend any good, easy to use and understand (particularly for a novice) phylogenetics analysis software?

PHYLIP, BioEdit, Staden Package (the last two are mainly for sequence alignment). All are FREE. I've used them all plus a few commercial programmes.
