It's all about brain control.
I somtimes let the anger burst inside of me.

There's no need to get angry :)

It's a preprogrammed primal emotion. Some people can control it better than others. I've read articles where killers (in some cases) have an extra Y chromosome and this is thought to lead to their more "male associated uncontrollable anger". Go figure. :D

Actually i had a very interesting discussion with Romania's former ambassador in the international counsil of geneticians(really really smart guy). He showed me a lot of molecular graphs that shows no connection between the extra Y cromosome and that "male associated uncontrollable anger". Research is still being conducted to determine the truth in this matter, but early conclusions were hasty. Also, the research was consucted at Sing-Sing and Alcatraz. It is kind of logicall to get to such a conclusion if you do the research there

Oh yeah, when you get angry adrenalin rushes your brain and inhibits the release of other neurotransmitters and the sympathic system takes over the body

Don't forget Andrew, Cortisol hormone is also playing in this role..it's a stress hormone seems like Adrenaline but has a longer bad effect..

one other thing, why is it when you get angry really fast you get kinda of dizzy. But the dizziness doesn't last too long, only for a few moments. I've had this happen to me when I get really, really angry at one of my sisters. It's like your vision flashes for a sec. Does it have something to do with blood rushing around? Because it feels similar to how you feel when you get up from a sitting position too fast.

Post by vinaya » Fri Sep 16, 2005 3:14 pm

i see that sweet and obliging was an understatement.......... :D :D
yaa one more thing about anger
is it genetic i mean the temper part of it
like in some cases the father and son both r short-tempered :x :x :evil:
but sometimes the fathers calm and the son's shorttempered :P :x :twisted:
why is that? :?:

@vinaya
Have you evr heard of recessive/dominant genes?
@KaylethGrey
Your sinapses are "occupied" by adrenalin and your brain can not function normal
@victor
True, i didn't think about hormones, only neurotransmitters

8) 8) I actually feel that anger has something to do with a controllable hormone, i mean, kind of. People always say that we need to count 10, drink water or breath out slowly so tht the brain relaxes or has something else to concentrate on. :? :?

Anyway, i think that anger doesn't and mustn't take control of our other emotions. It's all a matter of self- control. :D :D :D :)

True. However we were discussing the biology of anger here :D
