Can a postdoc be the corresponding author of a review paper?

Hello, I am new here. I wish to hear your suggestions about whether the postdoc can contribute a review paper to a journal by him/herself and be the corresponding author. Please suggest, thanks!

Technically, yes. Practically if you want to do that, make sure that the people at your old address know where to find you.
