Are there any specific food that you should and should not eat daily...?
I heard that it's not recommended to eat eggs daily and just 1 egg once a week because of it's high chlolesteral level?

Don't know if there's a website for this but...

There probably is something like this on many sites. You are right about the egg. You should also evoid fat meat and all kinds of fried food. Generally what we all like :D You should eat as many legumes and fruits as you can. Potatos are usually very healthy, but not fried. Also milk and dairy products are high in protein.
Here is a helpful site. It is about wieght loss but you will also find a lot about a balanced diet here. http://www.annecollins.com/nutrition/balanced-diet.htm
It took me 12 seconds to find it with google. If this is not enough, google for "balanced diet" and look at those sites
