Three lines of defence against what?
You need to be more specific. :)

Well you already know what they are...what specifically do you need? The skin covers and prevents antigens from penetrating into the body, the wbcs phagocytizes them, the antibodies tag/neutralize them.

This is it:
1. Physico-(bio)chemical barriers --> including skin and all its derivates, secretes e.g. tears, mucus, sweat, etc.
2. Innate immune system --> generates nonspecific immune response, mainly by phagocytosis and complement system
3. Adaptive immune system --> generates specific immune response, including all lymphocytes activity, cellular and humoral.
