How to use MaGe: a microbial genome annotation system

Post by StoneShi » Sat May 07, 2011 1:14 am

I have a complate genome sequence of bacterial and want to annotate it. From papers reported, I learned that MaGe: a microbial genome annotation system was probably perfect tool for me, but I do not know how to use it. So I really appreciate that dear members provide some information (related websites, operating instructions, Training materials etc.)about MaGe for me.
