Post by birkedal75 » Tue Aug 23, 2005 10:53 am

Does any one of you know anything about the physical environment of the mammalian nucleus. pH, electrolytes, osmolarity and so on.
I am having trouble finding these informations. :)

I would love to know these as well. But i have a feeling that it may be very difficult to measure and therefore no one has bothered. For this type of data you usually have to go to papers from 70s,80s or early 90s. Which often means going to the library to photocopy some old journal. :(

If i get time i'll have a look for you :)
It's always funny until someone gets hurt. Then it's just hilarious.
