calculating heterozygosity frm haplotypes & alleles

there is this table in my book and i cant seem to figure out how the heterozygosity was calculated from haplotypes and the alleles. any help would be very appreciated. here is picture of the table

So...1-(0.024^2+0.381^2+0.247^2+0.348^2)=0.672

You can probably find the other one from googling...
