Houskeeping Gene in Diabetes?

Post by wenwen » Thu Aug 18, 2005 2:32 am

I'm working on diabetic penile smooth muscle samples and would like to know what housekeeping gene would be ideal to use in diabetes to serve as internal control.
I have used alpha-actin, GAPDH, and RPL. But I have learned that the former two may be changed in diabetic corporal tissue?
Where may I find out what housekeeping genes to use in this case?
Thanks.
