Symptoms on protein denaturing in humans?

Post by georgeoshardo » Wed Feb 02, 2011 8:52 pm

What can high or low temperatures do to proteins in humans, and what symptoms can be shown because of this?

Thanks

it will definitelly decrease their processivity. The high temperature may even denature them. However, question is, whether one will earlier die or have denatured proteins.
